Development or Underdevelopment is human problem

Firstly, as we know that people live in different parts of the world such as mountainous sight, coastal line, remote area or capital city  encounter different environmental pollution in different ways. Those living in mountainous sight, of course, gives more value and concern to their nearby environment rather than elsewhere; some do not even want to know or care how other people are living; therefore, they tent be to be ignorant to their surrounding due to the fact that their emotional and social intelligence are limited. For example, there is still sewage being spread to the sea, trash flooding on on the ocean surface, whale killed for its fin. On the other hand, recklessness here indicates those with careless habit of making decision or acting any specific act in environmental scope. Some people see the problem, but they still produce the problem. For instance, we know that earth is facing over fishing issue both in fresh water and salt water; those people with ego still use illegal tools to gain more fish for their only benefit by destroying fish's home, some with limited literacy follow their fellows in deviating both law of state and law of nature for the sake of living. Whose false?

 As we can see some  either in low-income or high-income countries experience different living but same thing; it is problem, environmental problem. People more or less in different areas start complaining to their neighbors or even start protesting to their government due to the increasing of all sorts of pollution around their settlements like smoke from vehicle, trash in the river, fragment as mountain , toxic used in food, pesticide applied on our crop, herbicide to unwanted plant, and noise from your neighbor's karaoka. What is the roof cause of this worries? Is the country too developed or too conservative? When it comes to both development Vs conservation. We are trying to choose which one is better choice in environmental perspective. As we acknowledge that development leaves out its merits and drawbacks making people thinking about certain action like protection and conservation. In the same region, some people complain on why the country keeps moving so slow while other are pointing out the problems happening due to the development like natural resource by of man's demand. While the demand is high, the supply increase; simply it creates more natural input and produces more waste. Do you choose your country to be conservative, developed, or any other better ways for survival?
